About Us
Our
families were cacti and succulent collectors, as children we learned to cultivate,
propagate and care for them as a hobby. Now we are dedicated to share our knowledge,
designs, care and love for this type of plants.
We
first started our virtual nursery by selling on eBay, we have sold many thousands of
plants there. Now, you can purchase directly from our web site.
We
hope that you will enjoy your cactus and succulents as much as we enjoy growing them.

Payment Processing and Security: We use PayPal as our payment
processor, because we like their security protections for both buyer and seller. They
incorporate a secure, encrypted shopping cart program. Once you enter the payment process,
your transaction is encrypted. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, but on occasion the
process adds an additional layer of data that some buyers find frustrating. If you
find PayPal too slow for you, we will gladly process your transaction on the phone.

Plants
are shipped bare root unless otherwise arranged. Some extremely large plants
and complex orders may have an additional shipping charge.
Weather Risks: It is the buyer's responsibility to determine if excessively hot or cold weather will
impact the healthy shipment of plants. Upon your request we will gladly hold plants until
favorable weather.
Privacy Policy: We do not release to third parties any data you may send us or our payment
processor.
Guarantee &
Return Policy: We guarantee safe arrival of your
plants and will replace any plant destroyed or damaged in shipment, or, at our option,
refund your payment. You must notify us of shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Because each plant must be harvested for your order, plants may not be
returned. Orders shipped may not be cancelled or credited. Orders returned may be subject
to a restocking/replanting fee, up to 100% of the purchase price, depending upon the plant and
circumstances.
Care
instructions are included with your plant. Please read them. Above all, don't overwater,
this is the most common cause of dead plants.
